What we look for

Professional background

CPA, attorney, paralegal, retired judge, or 5+ years in fiduciary / trust administration work.

Character & integrity

No felony convictions, no active bar complaints. Background check is part of onboarding.

Availability

10–15 hours per week minimum. Interviews are 45 minutes by video or phone.

Aligned with PMA mission

Comfortable with private member association ethics, family protection focus, and counterclaim work.
