A Private Member Association (PMA) is a group of people who have come together for a common purpose, exercising their Constitutional rights of free assembly and association. PMAs operate outside the jurisdiction of public regulatory bodies when conducting private activities among consenting members.

The foundation of PMAs rests on several key Constitutional principles:

• First Amendment - Freedom of association and assembly
• Fourth Amendment - Protection against unreasonable searches
• Fifth Amendment - Due process and property rights
• Ninth Amendment - Rights retained by the people

How It Works
